This worked great for me on a couple exports. Thank you!
The exports are now failing on me though. Nothing has changed software/hardware wise that I am aware of. Last successful export was less than 24 hours ago.
Cyclone generates all of the files in the support path but then suddenly closes before making the .RCP project file. The strange part is that the project file does show up in my recent documents but it is 0kb and does not show up in the folder when I look there.
Has anyone else experienced this error? and perhaps have a solution for me?

Thanks

Same thing happens to me on larger exports. My work around is to import the RCS files into Recap to generate the RCP file.

Hi all,

Is there an updated method to export mirror balls successfully every time?

I have a job 36 scans (a combination of low, med and high), 3 attempts at exporting and I still haven't managed to get all 36 RCS to then recreate the RCP in recap pro.

Many thanks in advance!
Ernest

/edit Typical 4th attempt worked. Guess you just have to channel your anger at the software and it perks up.
