For those that might be interested, you are able to download Unreal Engine 5.0.0 Early Access (UE5 EA).
I am currently running it on my TR PRO 3995WX workstation

I have been loading my Rhino 3D models into Unreal via the Twinmotion plugin, it is almost a one step process.
I am still having issues with some materials , but I am getting there.
I have also been investigating PBR materials and V-Ray in Rhino, the render quality is incredible !

These are two screengrabs, the model is a Rhino model of my boat made from scan data.
I am still playing with the sail material.
