Hi all,
I am new here and new to scanning. I am busy with the coloring of the point clouds from the images using the "color from images" option.
Most of the scan positions are working fine, but some gives an error message: Size of image doesn't match with defined size of camera calibration.
When I view these images, they are all rotated to one side.
How can I fix this?
RiScan Pro v2.1.2
Thanks!

Hi Danie
Welcome to the forum! In the first instance you are best to direct your Riegl-related support questions directly to our support address - [email protected]. That way we can give you our best support. Or you can phone our Centurion office on +27 (0) 12 940 0515 and speak to one of my lovely colleagues there!
Back to your question - the problem is probably that the images have been rotated outside of RiSCAN PRO. RiSCAN expects them to be on their side (as the camera is mounted on its side on the scanner) so it tries to rotate them itself. If they have been rotated already, it gets confused.
The simple solution is to browse to the image file on the hard drive and rotate it back (shortcut - select the problem image in RiSCAN, press CTRL+Enter to locate it on the PC).
Cheers,
Joe
