A quick video of the c2c power of riscan 2.8. I took 4 minutes to process 37 scans together.
The objective of the scans is to do some earthworks calculations.

Re: Riscan processing
Interesting stuff.
That is blazingly quick!
Just out of pure curiosity, have you got any data to check the C2C results against survey control?

Re: Riscan processing
i don't think there is a trial.
you can process other scans but it is designed just for riegl scans and uses all their sensor data. this is why it is blazing fast. Optimal use of hard- and softwre together.

Re: Riscan processing
Great software, I think riegl does not want 10 different licenses as cyclone to do the job.. cyclone core, publisher , pro , survey....$$$

Re: Riscan processing
I have a Riscan Pro license with Ripano (webshares). With the dongle it can be used everywhere. It's plain and simple with an annual maintenance contract that doesn't cost a fortune. They implement new stuff all the time (2x3 time a year an update). I'm curious what Intergeo wil bring this year.
Other formats can be imported but i do not use these features. For my tx5 i still use scene.
Riegl doesn't have something like "Jetstream" but i think there are plenty of affordable and good solutions out there. I do not ned this at the moment.
