Colors from Scanner not displaying correctly.

Post by capoli »

We are using a C10 with Cyclone 7.1.1. I recently completed a topo survey with about 30 scanworlds, and everything worked great. However, in my first scanworld when i try to apply the colors from the scanner to the scanworld, the points all come up green and do not have the photo colors associated with them. All the other scanworlds work fine and apply the colors from scanner correctly, but the 1st one will not. When i look at the images in the images folder, the multi-image shows up with the 360 degree photo just fine. I did take the mult-image with the C10 setup several times, due to messing with the resolution and intensity, but the final image that i took is what shows up in the multi-image. Does onyone out there have a solution? When i create a TruView of the scanworld, the colors come is as bright green, and are not a viewable image. Nothing can be made out. The other Tru-Views look great. Thanks.

Try right clicking on the multi-image and choose apply multi-image it should 'burn' the colours onto the scanworld.

Tim,

I had this issue last week. And after right clicking and applying multi-image it worked but why does this only happen to a few scans? Is there somthing on import in the preferences that needs to be ticked/selected?

Yes the problem that you have is because you take the photos with c10 at in this station you have a problem, like batteries, shut down the systems, windows c10 restart and yes you see the photos, you maked correctly the asociate with the scanwords but file of photos linked for scan was not correcly finished and this is the reason; I have other c10 and passed a few times this.
